It went very well, better than I expected. Very responsive, professional, and great personality. He admitted that he had not worked much on our brand of tank-less (rinnai water and house heater). But he did his research and homework, He even contacted the company to verify our warranty, had them ship him the heat exchanger block. Inspection, ordered, and replaced the part within 4 working days. Great experience and a company I can stand by. My first review, but not the first company I have used from Angie’s list.
